first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 3 on a certain Map pf Minor Subdivision made for Phyllis
E. Hale at Orient, New York, approved by the Planning Board of the Town of Southold, on February 7, 1977, the original
of which is on file with the Town Clerk of the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, New York, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly corner of the premises to be described herein, said point being the following
four (4) courses and distances from the point where the division line of the southeasterly side of land now or formerly of
Gilbert and the northeasterly side of a fifty (50') foot right of way known as Edwards Lane intersects the northwesterly
side of Main Road - New York State Route 25:
1. North 26 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds West, 106.00 feet;
