The catch basins will be waterproofed since they are over (Catch Basin #1) and adjacent to (Catch Basin #2) waste. Although the' manufacturer's letter refers to no "noticeable" degradation, to confirm: this -=we need to review the manufacturer's data on degradation of properties with time. Also, as discussed, if we find the extension of time acceptable, we will require a statement from both the manufacturer and Terry Contracting & Materials, that the increased' exposure period will not affect the warrantee of the material or the overall closure project. Please provide a formal request with regard to this issue and modify the submittal accordingly. Please note that the Kop- Coat Bitumastic waterproofing will be required on any precast structure to be placed within the limits of waste. The submittal has been stamped "revise and resubmit".
