Status of Installation of Replacement Water Supply Well Jinn Bunchuck stated that the construction contract :had been signed, but no work has been performed. Status of Construction on 17 -acre Parcel The Town will remove the remaining sand and gravel. 4. Status of Completion and Testing of Gas Monitoring Wells and Completion of Cmoundwater I_ onitgj:,Li ells Bob Terry staffed that he will request Casolki to check all of the wells to ensure that they are complete, except for the concrete pads which will be installed in the Spring, Tom Maher provided Bob with a list identifying the work that had to be completed for each weal based on D B's last inspection. 01.114M.10301(R51) 1 Z 004!00 03 05!2003 WEIR 05:25 FAX 5. Status of New Access Road to Cox. Lane Jiro Bunchuck stated that the Suffolk Colmty Department of ]Health Services has approved the site investigation results and that remediation is not necessary if an asphalt road Is constructer. The Town needs to speak with Coraazini to complete the land swap. 6. Costs for Additiowil SurveYs Worn Maher stated that befora he can approve any additional survey costs, he will need a detailed breakdown of the costs for each survey activity. This required cost information also was provided in a letter to Bob Terry, Bob stated that he understood the requirement and will work with Chris Dwyer of L.K. MULean Associates to get the infonnation to Tota. 7. protection of Erosion Control Blanket Bob Terry stated that the rolls of erosion control blanket on the landfill have been moved and fully covered, and that the erosion control blanket stored by the office trailer also has been fully coveted. $. &e llacernent of Concrete Blocks Along Road to 17 -Acre Parcel Bob Terry stated that no blocks have been placed since the last progress Meelbig due to the weather.. 9. Retaining WalllEasement Along McBride PropertylReloeation of Road Tom Maher stated that based on a survey performed by D&B, it appears that the road can be relocated away from the property line without significantly affecting the swales. When the weather improves, Tom and Bob Terry will stake out the relocation of the road to ensure that it will work. 11. Grading of Trsiti�a Torn Maher stated that based on a survey performed by D&B, it appears that the transition grades between the maintenance road and the property line to the preconstruction elevations can be achieved with a maximum 2'/2:1 slope, except for a few locations along the Corazzini property, where, according to Jim Btuichuck, Corazzini has agreed to allow the extension of the transition area on to his property. Tom's inspector will work with Bob Terry's operator during the transition area grading. 12. Proposal for Gates Bob Terry stated that he will provide a proposal to Ain Bunchuck today. 13. Tom Maher indicated that he would consider an alternate after the details are providf.-d by Bob. Bob stated that he would provide a proposal for review. 18. M,-mufacture of Topsoil Jim Bunchuck. stated that he is continuing to produce. compost and it is being moved into the Borrow Pit Where it can be used to mani):Chcrure topsoil by Bob Terry beginning in mid March. 19.
