1. Comments on Minutes of Previous (February 24, 2003) Meeting
Bob Terry stated that he had no comments on the February 24, 2003, Progress
Meeting minutes.
2. Status of Installation of Replacement Water Supply Well
Jim Bunchuck indicated no progress has been made since the last Progress Meeting
regarding installation of the water supply well.
3. Status of Construction on 17 -acre Parcel
Bob Terry stated that the pad had been extended to the north and south, and berms
have been constructed on the west and north sides of the 17 -acre parcel.
4. Status of Completion and Testing of Gas Monitoring Wells
and Completion of Groundwater Monitoring Wells
Bob Terry stated that he did not know if Casolla had inspected the gas monitoring
wells and groundwater monitoring wells to complete the wells, but will call Casolla to
determine the status of inspection/completion of the wells. The Town has not monitored the
gas wells since the last Progress Meeting. Jim Bunchuck stated that he needed to repair his
explosion gas meter in order to monitor the gas wells.

5. Status of New Access Road to Cox Lane
Bob Terry indicated that he will begin clearing trees along the new access road.
Jim Bunchuck stated that McLean Associates will survey the new access road.
6. Costs for Additional Surveys
Bob Terry stated that the cost information was sent to Tom Maher today.
7. Protection of Erosion Control Blanket
Bob Terry stated that he inspected the cover over the erosion control blanket prior
to the meeting today and it was OK.
8. Replacement of Concrete Blocks Along Road to 17 -Acre Parcel
No new blocks have been installed since the last Progress Meeting due to the cold
weather.
9. Easement Termination
This item is on hold until the transition areas along the property boundary are
complete.
10. Retaining Wall/Easement Along McBride Propert /Y Relocation of Road
This item will wait until the weather breaks.

11. Grading of Transition Areas
Bob Terry stated that grading of the transition areas will begin in two weeks.
12. Proposal for Swing Gates
Bob Terry has provided Jim Bunchuck with a cost proposal of $2,992 each for three
swing gates to be anchored in a concrete block.
13. Removal of Fluaer Material
Removal of Fluger's equipment will be needed when transition grading is `
performed in the area of his property.
14. Town Power Requirements
Jim Bunchuck has provided the Town's power requirements for the 17 -acre parcel
to Bob Terry. Bob is getting a cost proposal from Ocean Electric.
15. Alternate Headwall for Recharge Basin No. 3
Bob Terry stated that he would like' to propose a simpler and less costly headwall
for this recharge basin. Tom Maher indicated that he would consider an alternate after the
details are provided by Bob regarding how the proposed head wall will be installed into the
side wall of the recharge basin. Bob stated that he would provide a proposal for review.

16. Manufacture of Topsoil
Jim Bunchuck stated that of the 5,300 cy of compost recently manufactured, 1,000
cy had been used to construct the berms on the 17 -acre parcel. Based on an estimate,
approximately 10,000 cy of compost in-place would be needed to complete the 'cap. To
make up for the current shortfall in compost, two options were discussed: the first, import
topsoil; and second, delay completion of the topsoil cover until the fall after the Town can
produce additional compost. At the end of the meeting, no decision was reached.
17. Completion of Submittals
Bob Terry stated that he will provide all remaining submittals and revisions to
submittals within two weeks.
