1. Comments on Minutes of Previous (ME 30, 2003) Meeting
Bob Terry stated that he did not review the previous (May 30, 2003) meeting
minutes.
2. Status of Installation of Replacement Water Supply Well
Jim Bunchuck stated that NYSDEC still is reviewing the Town's request to relocate
the well to the Compost Facility.
3. Status of Completion and Testing of Gas Monitoring Wells
and Completion of Groundwater Monitoring Wells
Bob Terry stated that vent holes had been drilled into the groundwater monitoring
well caps, but that the concrete pads and well protection still needs to be installed.
4. Installation of Additional Vents in Southwest Gas Migration Control Trench
Bob Terry stated that repair of the gas vent has been completed.

5. Replacement of Concrete Blocks Along Road to 17 -Acre Parcel
Bob Terry stated that completion of replacement of the blocks is pending a decision
by the Town regarding final paving.
6. Easement Termination
Jim Bunchuck stated that all easement agreements will be terminated by July 7,
2003.
7. Relocation of Road Along McBride Property
Bob Terry stated that the road along the McBride property has been completed.
8. Placement of Topsoil and Erosion Control Blanket
Bob Terry stated that, except for the north face of Recharge Basin No. 1 and the
transition area along Corazzini's property, placement of topsoil and erosion control blanket
have been completed.
9. Installation of Fencing and Sound Barrier
Bob Terry stated that temporary fencing was being installed along the eastern
boundary and that the sound barrier is on hold. Jim Bunchuck asked Bob to install split rail
fence along the southeast landfill boundary by the Collection Center and to complete chain
link fencing along the western boundary with the McBride property, but to install
temporary fencing along the northern boundary with the McBride property.

10. Completion of Submittals
Tom Maher stated that there still are a few submittals that our outstanding and that
Bob Terry should review D&B's letter of May 7, 2003, regarding these submittals.
11. Completion of Recharge Basins
Bob Terry stated that all work on the recharge basins is complete with the exception
of final removal of silt from Recharge Basin No. 1 and placement of topsoil and erosion
control blanket. Tom Maher stated that, in addition to the work remaining in Recharge
Basin No. 1, additional rip rap needs to be placed by the headwall in Recharge Basin No. 3.
12. Wildflower Seed
Bob, Terry stated that the wildflower seeding has been completed.
13. Completion of Paving
Jim Bunchuck stated that the Town has not made a final decision on final paving,
but is waiting to get a better estimate of final project cost and monies available.
14. Schedule of Work
Prior to the meeting, a site inspection was conducted with Jim Burlchuck, Bob Terry
and Tom Maher. Based on the inspection, the following items need to be performed. Bob
agreed to complete these items within the next two weeks.
1) Complete grading of transition area and place topsoil, seed and erosion control
blanket by Corazzini.
2) Clean out catch basins and cover or remove exposed geotextile.
3) Check grouting in manholes.

4) Move temporary fence around wells along eastern landfill boundary.
5) Clean up along eastern landfill boundary and access road to Cox Lane.
6) Complete clearing of access road to Cox Lane.
7) Place stone around manhole by Recharge Basin No. 3
8) Extend rip rap by headwall in Recharge Basin No. 3.
9) Straighten gas trench vent pipe along east side.
10) Install split rail fence by Collection Center.
11) Move concrete blocks to edge of Recharge Basin No. 2.
12) Put 4' rings around wells by Recharge .Basin No. 2 with concrete pad inside
tapering from the well to bottom of first slot.
13) Remove sand bags and geocomposite by Recharge Basin No. 2.
14) Smooth west central maintenance road.
15) Remove silt from Recharge Basin No. 1.
16) Complete replacement of concrete blocks along road to Compost Facility and
topsoil and erosion control blanket along north face of Recharge Basin No. 1.
17) Remove sand bags in swale along road to Compost Facility.
