5. Discussion with Ed Wankel Regarding Seed Mixture,
Including Wildflower Mix Along Southern Area of Landfill
Jim Bunchuck said that he wants the wildflower seed to he planted on the southern
portion of the east half of the landfill. All agreed that the wildflower seed would be, applied in an
area running approximately 100 feet north of the southernmost swale and 500 feet east -west on
the east side of the landfill. The wildflower seeds will be in addition to the rye/fescue seed mix.
This area is satisfactory to Ed Wankel based on Jim Mulligan's telephone conversation with Ed.

Jamie Richter presented an autocad plan showing details regarding the site grading,
drainage and road work. This plan was then reviewed and additional details were added based
on agreement reached among Jamie, Bob Terry and Tom Maher. Jamie is to electronically
forward the revised plan to Terry's surveyor, McLean Associates, so that critical items, including
catch basins and road construction, can be staked by McLean before Terry begins work. Bob
Terry estimated that the work would take about three weeks from the time that McLean sets the
stakes and he, has the drainage pipe on-site. All agreed that expansion of the existing RCA pad is
critical so that the Town has working room for the handling of the fall brush and leaves and that
it will be completed the end of September.

9. Alternate Barrier Along Perm anent Road
Q 005!0018
Although many consider the concrete .blocks now in place along the pennarient .road not
to be. the most pleasant visually, no one was able to present a low cost alternate. Jim Bunchuck
would like to see rumple strips or speed bumps and signs installed in the roadway to control the
speed of vehicles. Rumple strips were thought best by most people and Bob Terry said this
could be worked into the final surface course of asphalt still to be applied or applied after
completion of the roadway. Jim said that the concrete blacks should remain along the shoulders
of the road.

Bob Terry said they will need a 40 -foot width of area and he will work with Jim
Bunchuck in seeing that both his workers and the Town's workers utilize this area cooperatively.
Using this area is a problem since this is where the public is dropping off their brush. Bob Terry
suggested that the brush could be dropped off by the new access road Corazini is to convey to the
Town, assuming the legal wort: is complete.
16. Metes and Bounds for New Access Road
Jim Bunchuck said he will call the Town Attorney to find out the status of this issue and

Haulingof Gravel Off --site
1@ 007/008
Jim Bunchuck was under the impression that the lamer gravel (>1'/z"), from the sand
screening on the 17 -acre parcel, was to be used as needed for the landfill project, but
that any excess gravel would be the Town's property. The minutes of the previous
meetings in September and October 2001, indicate that all gravel from the screening
coperation is the property of Terry. Based on this, Jim Bunchuck agreed that Terry
cim remove the gravel from the site as they scc fit.
