stated he still is wasting -for the topographic map of the gas venting layer in the southwest
corner of the west hill in order to provide approval for the area, Bob said that D&B
should already have the snap, but he would look into it. Bob informed Tom that the
precast structures (stilling basin and manholes) needed for drainage on the south end
cannot be completely constructed to D&B's specifications under 401 F., and are therefore
on held. Bob than said that other methods differing from D&]B's specifications could be
used to complete the struetures. Torn asked Bob to submit a request detailing, the
alternate methods. Bob said he would do so. Bob also stated that the drainage structures
on the south end must be in place before the area can be lined. Tom reminded Bob that
the .gas monitoring 'w'ells and gas migration control trenches opt the south, end must be in
place before the area can be lined. Bob stated that he still is waiting for approval from
Pete- Sutherland on his liter tests, that he sent D&B's comments on the resubmittal .for the

9. Status of Sand Screening and Testing -
Use of 17 -Acre Material for Eastern Portion of LandfillLQ n
Chris Morris said testing of all material placed on the west hill is up to date. Tom
Maher asked Bob Terry why so much eontour grading material was used on the west
side. Bob responded that because of the loam added to the northern portion of the west
side and the Town's decision not to complete use of loam on the west side to achieve the
revised grading plan, extra contour grading material was needed to achieve the revised
grading on the southern portion of the west side. Toin reiterated his desire to have the
waste on the east side properly graded and a topographic map of the top of the waste on
the west side provided in order to avoid exr_es8 use of contour grading material.

regrading of the existing material only, not including the transporting of the 17 -acre
loam. Bob also said that Terry has been regrading the area as the material was brought in
out of necessity. Tom Maher advised Bob to submit a proposal if lie feels he should be
paid greater than $3.00/cy for transport and grading in the Borrow Pit. Tome asked Chris
Morris to review the minutes from previous meetings fox any mention of cost regarding
the transportation of the 17 -acre loam to the barrow fait. Torn also stated the need for the
