ALL THAT certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildigns and
improvements thereon erected, situate lying and being in the Town of
Southhold, County of Suffolk, .State of New York, being known and
designated as Lot $5 on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map of
fHighpoint Meadows, Section Two" filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on March 19, 1990 as File #8911 being bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING AT A point on the Westerly side of Oriole Drive distant 56.97
