I hereby allow the Town Trustees and/or any other Government agency to enter my property at 1025 Westview Drive in relation to investigating any and all information that will allow me or a future buyer to obtain a continuation of my neighbors bulk-heading (maximum height to be.allowed by current town code) and a deep water dock.My neighbor adjacent to my left has been granted a permit for a deep-water dock. I respectfully ask to be included on the trustees next investigated walk through scheduled for May 13,2015. I also give James Gebbia m realtor to represent me in m absent with an and all g J Y P Y Y Southold Government agencies.Please feel free to express your opinions on this matter with him and allow him to be present to take notes or opinions on May 13th. I currently have a buyer who will only purchase this property if they are allowed the right to obtain a bulkhead (height to be determined by your agency) and deep-water dock.If I am not granted permission as my neighbors have,I will be forced into a hardship position making this property fall well below current marketable expectations.
