I am writing you today to request town board approval for street parking for
approximately 25 cars in front of my home at 1430 North Sea Drive Southold on
June 20, 2015. We are having a graduation party and cannot fit all of the guest's cars
in our driveway. I have been told I can request permission for my guests to park on
my street, (which usually requires a permit) for the day. Party hours are 2-11pm.
I can be reached on my cell phone at (516) 220-6132 if you need any further
information.
Thank you in advance for your help with this matter.
Sincerely,

Sorry Lyn,
I know that you had sent that to me a while ago and I've been meaning to check on it. I just checked it now and it
appears that the only beach parking permit restrictions are several hundred feet to the east of her property as the road
nears McCabe's Beach. So she should have enough room for her vehicles on North Sea Drive by her residence, but it is a
very narrow road, so she will have to make sure that all of the cars are parked on the south side of the roadway (won't
affect as many homeowners) so emergency vehicles and other traffic can pass. I will advise our cars of the event in case
we get any complaints from neighbors. There are no other parking restrictions on this roadway.

Chief, Did you have a chance to look at the exact location of the attached and make a determination?

The deposits can be returned Lynn and I don't have any problem with the special parking on North Sea Drive as long as
the cars are all parked on one side of the roadway so emergency vehicles can access the houses on this road. I will have
to look at the exact address when I return to the office, if there is not enough room on the roadway they may want to
try to use some of the beach parking lots for vehicles. I'll take a look at it prior to the 5th and let you know.
