A Letter from the Trustees and the Department of Environmental Conservation; and WHEREAS, on May 4, 2015, the Planning Board reviewed the Natural Heritage Data Program's recommendations and agreed to waive the recommendation to conduct a field survey of the site to determine the present or absence of endangered plants; and WHEREAS, on May 14, 2015, the applicant submitted 4 mylar prints and 10 paper prints of the Final Plat; and WHEREAS, on May 18, 2015, the Planning Board reviewed all items submitted on April 30, 2015 and final maps (mylars and prints) endorsed by the Health Department and agreed that all documents pursuant to Article VII have been submitted; and WHEREAS, all conditions of Conditional Preliminary Plat Approval and all requirements of Final Plat pursuant to §240-21 Technical Requirements have been met; be it therefore RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board hereby waives the Final Plat Public Hearing on the basis that pursuant.to Southold Town Code §240-24, the Final Plat is in substantial agreement with the approved Preliminary Plat and, therefore, no Final Public Hearing is required; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board hereby grants Final Plat Approval upon the Final Plat prepared by Richard M.
