State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 119 and part of Lot 120 on a certain map entitled "Amended Map 8
of Section B, Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc." filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September
26, 1924 as Map No. 789, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bayberry Road, where the same is intersected southerly boundary side of
land now or formerly of Eleanor S. Nohe, said point or place of beginning being distant 275 feet southerly as measured
along the westerly side of Bayberry Road from the southerly end of a curve which said curve connects the southerly side
of Bridge Lane with the westerly side of Bayberry Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the westerly side of Bayberry Road, South 08 degrees
