Mattituck, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Harborview Avenue
with the westerly side of East Side Avenue;
THENCE along said southerly side of Harborview Avenue, North 78 degrees 18 minutes 40
seconds East, 35 feet to land now or formerly of Milowski,
THENCE along said last mentioned lands the following courses and distances:
1. South 57degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds West, 81.99feet to an iron pipe;
2. South 66 degrees 45 minutes West, 63.24 feet to an iron pipe;
