DOLLARS and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant and release unto Grantee and the heirs, executors, administrators,

Grantor in and to any streets and roads abutting the above
described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of Grantor in and to said premises,
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to
Grantor, by Deed from Theodore Laoudis and Angela P.
Laoudis dated February 9, 2000 and recorded March 15, 2000
in Liber 12027, Page 847 in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, State of New York.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee and the heirs,
executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Grantee forever.
Grantor is the owner of said premises. Said premises is not located in an agricultural
district.
Grantor covenants that Grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as set forth herein.
Grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that Grantor will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement before using
any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.

Bayview, Town of Southold" which map was filed on 08/23/95 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County as Map No.
9729, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Four Winds Court where the same is intersected by the division line
between Lots 34 and 35 as shown on tate aforesaid map, said point or place of beginning being distant 571.59 feet
easterly, southeasterly, southerly and southwesterly as measured along the northerly, northeasterly, easterly and
