Box 1039 Mattituck, NY 11952 RE: MARK KING 200 EAST MILL ROAD, MATTITUCK SCTM# 1000-106-4-5 Dear Mr. King: The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, December 16, 2015: WHEREAS, MARK KING applied to the Southold Town Trustees for an Amendment to Wetland Permit#8585 under the provisions of Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated November 20, 2015, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council and.to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coordinator for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, the LWRP Coordinator issued a recommendation that the application be found to be Consistent with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program policy standards, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Amendment to Permit #8585 for a full demolition of existing dwelling and foundation, and construction of new as per originally approved; and to install a new sanitary system;and as depicted on the site plan prepared by Jeffrey T. Butler, P.E., P.C., dated November,19, 2015, and stamped approved on December 16, 2015. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
