TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will (told the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to

Description
THE Condominium Unit known as Unit No. 6G2 in that certain Declaration dated 07/08/87 establishing a plan for
condominium ownership of the building known as Cleaves Point Commons Condominium, Shipyard Lane, East Marion,
New York (the "Building") and the land on which the building are erected (the "Land") pursuant to Article 9-B of the Real
Property Law of the state of New York (hereinafter referred to as the Condominium Act"), which Declaration was
recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on 07/28/87 in Liber 10375 cp 1, as amended by Liber 12450 page
958, Liber 12744 page 892 and Liner 12776 page 861;
This Unit is also designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000 Section 03.602 Block 02.00 Lot 018.000 and
on the plans of the condominium (the "Plan"), prepared'and certified by Kontokosta Associates filed in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk on 07/26/87 as Map No. 166;
TOGETHER WITH an undivided 4.518 interest as a tenant in the Common Elements, as such term is defined in the
Declaration.
