SITE DESCRIPTION R GENERAL SEQUENCE OF SITE ACTIVITIES FOR THE ENTIRE SITE
Development activities for this project will oonsist of
1 Installation of temporary erasion sentrel measures (sill fence barriers), see detail 1-2
2 Clearing of landscaping in areas shown on Site Plan
3 Demolition of existing structures and associated building semponents
4 Excavation for the new foundations (+/- 3 If Mew finished grade)
5 Construction of the new foundations, deck and spa structures / components
g Installation of new landscaping plants, lawns as required
7 Removal of the temporary erosion wnlnl measures

POLLUTION CONTROL MEASURES

DESCRIPTION OF CONSTRUCTION AND WASTE MATERIALS STORED ON SITE
Construction materials shall include soncreto wood forms, building lumber and associated most affachments, precast concrete
septicidranage structures, prefabricated building somponents (wridews, debts, cabinets, fall materials, finished reefing and
siding matenals, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures), gypsum wall bard, Batt and rigid insulation, piping for plumemg, outeaor
paving materials
Waste matenals shall include demolition materials from the existing building structure, unused euAaing materials and products,
trash from construction workers meals and drinks Protect site shall have a dumpoter that all waste materials wilt be temporarily
starca and aumpster shall be emptied weekly by a private carting company
