The home was constructed,approximately, in 1936, and since this was before April, 1957, the premises will need a pre-existing CO. There were two building permits issued for the premises: B.P. 5430Z for an accessory storage building followed up by CO Z5801 issued Feb. 21, 1974 B.P. 12468Z for a deck addition followed up by C.O.
