Attached is a copy of the Deed. I understand that the transfer of the above Wetland Permit will allow me to repair the westerly portion of the seawall as well as legalize the existing 172' long concrete seawall with 45' long concrete return on the westerly side. I also understand that replacement of toe armoring as well as any other proposed work or repairs to any existing structures other than the cement seawall within the Trustees jurisdiction will not be permitted under this transfer and will require a new application for Wetland Permit.
