RUNNING THENCE North 79 degrees 30 minutes West, along the northerly side of
said last mentioned land, 115 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of H.R.
Reeve & Sons, Inc. (formerly Daniel A. Young);
TAX MAP THENCE along said last mentioned land the following two (2) courses and distances:
DESIGNATION (1) North 20 degrees 51 minutes East, 40 feet to a monument;
Dist- (2) South 79 degrees 30 minutes East, 115 feet to a monument-on the westerly side

1, 1975, recorded 12122/75, in Liber 7511 mp 05 and thereafter assigned to Stanley
Waimey and Violet Waimey, his wife, by Assignment dated 4130176, recorded

which Mortgage has an unpaid principal balance of $19,374.48 and which Mortgage
