TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the said
widow and all the heirs of George B. Reeve, deceased, of, in -and
to lands under the waters of Peconic Bay adjoining said premises.

The said widow and all the heirs of George B. Reeve, deceased,
aforementioned, do hereby grant unto the said Treadwell D.
Carpenter, his heirs and, assigns forever, .the right to pass
and repass and establish telephone and electric light lines
over a certain open right-of-way 25 feet wide extendingsoutherly
from the southerly side of New Suffolk Avenue„near opposite
Maratooker Lake, over the lands of the late George B. Reeve,
now owned by the said widow and heirs of the said ,George B., Reeve,
deceased, aforementioned, and Florence B . Tilly, formerly 'Reeve,
to the northerly line of the landconveyed June 2nd, 1922 to
Leone D. Howell to meet another right-of-way established June 2nd,
-1922 along the northerly line of the land conveyed June 2nd, 1922
to the said Howell and others.
The said right-of-way to the south of new Suffolk Avenue to the
second established right-of-way, being for that distance, the same
as that established by and between the -late George B. Reeve and
wife and Florence B. Reeve and Phebe Hollister by instrument dated
November 23, 1906, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 5th day of September, 1907, in Liber 629,
at page 168.
