Southold Town Tree Committee APR 2 3 2015
Wednesday, April 22, 2015, 7pm Southold Town Clerk
Present were: Dave Cichanowizc, Chair, Derek Bossen, Don Grim, Philip Goldman,
Frank Imbriano, Jay Jansen, Gerard Orientale, Jill Doherty.

Minutes of the Mh, 2015 meeting were approved.
Memorial brochures: Jay will make more and get them to the Town Clerks office.
Bonnie Doroski was approved to be the Tree Comm. new secretary. Dave has
gone over her duties with her.
Bonnie put together the dates for the meetings. Dave will go over them and have
Bonnie send them to the comm. for approval.
Arbor Day: Tree Planting will take place at New Suffolk School on Friday, 4/24,
2015 at 2:30. Dave will provide the tree. All who can make will meet at the
school.
Trees were counted and bagged for the following schools: Oyster Ponds 17 trees,
Southold 61 trees, New Suffolk 16 trees, OLM 11 trees, Cutch. East 89 trees, Head
start 55 trees, NFEL Center 100 trees. Fishers Island Rec. 26 trees.
Presentations and delivery of trees:
4/23 Derek will go to Cutch. East 1pm
4/24 Derek will go to Oyster Ponds school at 1:15, Southold School at 2:15
Jill will go to OLM at 1pm
4/28 Phil will go to New Suffolk school at 10:30
Peggy will deliver the trees to Head start and NFELC.
All bags got extra trees.
