Located: 200 Basin Road, Southold. SCTM# 81-1-20 The proposed actions have been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP. The deck was approved in 2006 with an Amendment to Permit # 6198 for the removal of a 12'X 16' deck at the top of the embankment and construct a 1OC 19' (rather than 1OX 10� deck landward of bulkhead, 20' from the property line; and revegetate backfilled and other disturbed areas of embankment with beach grass, bayberry, and Rugosa Rose with the condition of one year survivability inspection on the plantings, and all as depicted in the plan with the condition that there be a inspection at the completion of the plantings and a one year survivability inspection, and all as depicted on the plans drawn by En- Consultants, Inc. revised 3116106 Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
