Located: East End Road, Fishers Island. SCTM# 3-1-5 The proposed actions have been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP. This determination is made with the following recommendation: 1. Require that the float be removed seasonally. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. The public trust lands and waters constitutes the area between the mean high water line and mean low water line and the resources are from the high tide line, out. The configuration end elevation of the pier and gap between the pier terminus and the bank allows for public access. The environmental resources are being protected by the deslgn standards dictated by the NYS DEC.
