Located: 965 Osprey Nest Road, Greenport. SCTM# 1000-35-6-24.1 A Wetland Permit (1704) was issued April 21, 2010 with conditions. The permit has since expired. The proposed actions have been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP subject to the permit conditions issued in the 2010 Wetland Permit: 1. The capping of two (2) pipes discharging into the creek to prevent further discharge into the water body. 2. The establishment of an 8' wide non -turf buffer along the bulkhead. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
