THOMAS JOHN SAUTHOFF, residing at 4457 Wallace Lane, Holladay, Utah 84124, and
CHRISTINE SAUTHOFF CARTER, residing at 3913 W. EI Prada Blvd., Tampa, Florida
33529, as Trustees of THE LOIS MEYER BOECKMANN IRREVOCABLE TRUST
dated December 30, 2014,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever, in ALL that certain piece or parcel of real property, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village and Town of East
Hampton, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
See Schedule "A" annexed hereto and made part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Deed dated July 7,
1998 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 29, 1998 in Liber 11907 at
Page 752.
Premises known as 1920 Harbor Lane, Cutchogue, New York.
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in
and to said premises;
To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,
except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold
the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of
paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost
of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Cutchogue, Suffolk
County, State of New York, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the westerly line of Harbor Lane, 1857.15 feet southerly
along said westerly line from the Main Road, said point of beginning being the
southeasterly corner of land Wuerstlin, from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said westerly line of Harbor Lane, South 38 degrees 56
minutes 20 seconds, East 110.00 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE along land of Delchet Corp., two courses:
1) South 82 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds, West 173.86 feet;
2) North 25 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds, West 65.25 feet to an iron pipe and said
land of Wuerstlin;
THENCE along said land, North 68 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds, East 140.36 feet to
the point or place of BVEGINNING.
