consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.
SEE SCHEDULE `A' ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Being and intended to be the same premises as described in deed made by Alfred F. Cain and Bertha M.
Cain, his wife, recorded 10/20/75, Liber 7928 page 226.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot 21 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Norwold", surveyed by Otto W.
Van Tuyl on January 25, 1939, which said map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 13,
1939 as Map Number 1275, and part of Lot 20 as shown on the above described map, said lot and part of lot being
collectively bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Monsell Lane distant 660 feet southerly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southerly side of Bay Avenue and the westerly side of Monsell Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of-Monsell Lane the following two (2) courses and distances;
1) South 42 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds West, 50.00 feet; and
2) South 38 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West, 45.00 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 56 degrees 01 minute 40 seconds West, 50.00 feet to a point;
THENCE North 38 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East, 1.0 foot to a point;
THENCE North 56 degrees 01 minute 40 seconds West, 184.83 feet to land now or formerly of Paul Zeneski;
THENCE North 76 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East, along said land, 143.64 feet to the division line between Lots 21
