The water service lines installed pursuant to this easement shall be used solely for the purpose of transmitting water from the public water distribution system to Grantee's Property across the Easement Area and shall be and remain the personal property of the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever. Grantee shall promptly and at its own cost and expense restore the Easement Area to a condition substantially similar to the condition which existed prior to the installation of service line or lines and after each exercise of its right to maintain, repair, remove or replace the service line or lines if activity disturbs the Easement Area. This easement shall be forever binding upon Grantor, his heirs, successors, and assigns for the benefit of Grantee, his heirs, successors, and assigns.
