Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. BAB~ER, residing at Lupton's Point, ~ttituck, _New York, being duly sworn, deposes and says: Deponent is one of the owners of premises at Mattituck, New York, on the East side of Pacific Street, as shown on map of property, surveyed for David and Elizabeth L~ey, by Van Tuyl & Sc~ dated No~_mber 17, 1971, copy of which survey is attad~ed hereto. On the premises there are two buildings, a one story frame house with garage and a smaller cottage. Although the exact date of construction of these buildings is not known, it is believed that they were constructed in the 1930's or earlier. Deponent has had an interest in the property since 1973 and no inprovements have been made since that tin~. From an examinatic~ of the buildings when they were purchased by deponent and others in 1973, it was evident that no improvements had been made on either building for man~v years, and certainly not since April, 1957. Deponent makes this affidavit to request the Building Department of the Town of Southold to issue Certificates of Occupancy for both buildings and provide that the premises could be used for the tw~ one family d~ellings.
