Ehlers on behalf of FIRM FOUNDATIONS PARTNERS LLC requests a Wetland Permit to install a 16'x36' in -ground swimming pool with 16" bluestone pool coping; a 10'x16' bluestone pool patio; install a pool equipment area; and install pool fencing. Located: 1060 Fox Hollow Road, Mattituck. SCTM# 113-6-23 Note that the bottom of slope has been identified, however, a top -of slope line is not shown on the survey. It is recommended that the Board verify the regulated natural feature on the property. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the following: 1. A pool de -watering drywell is specified. 2. A non -turf, vegetated buffer is required seaward of the proposed fence. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
