and training of horses. Existing on site are two horse barns with a total of
34 horse stalls, a roofed horse-walker, and a single family dwelling and
garage on 37 acres in the A-C Zoning District.

Description:This proposed Lot Line Modification transfers +/-0.4 acres from

will increase in size from +/-0.3 acres to +/-0.7 acres and SCTM#1000-
97-2-16.5 will decrease from +/-1.5 acres to +/-1.1 acres located in the R-
