TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to

TO IIA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Cox's Lane at the southeasterly end of the curve connecting the
southeasterly side of Middle Road (North Road) with the southwesterly side of Cox's Lane;
RUNNING THENCE southeasterly along the southwesterly side of Cox's Lane, South 56 degrees 04 minutes 34 seconds
East, 98.05 feet to land now or formerly of Cutchogue Fire District;
THENCE along said land:

2. North 70 degrees 36 minutes 15 seconds West, 183.04 feet to the southeasterly side of Middle Road (North Road);
