Witnesseth,thatthe party ofthe first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part,does hereby grantand release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All.that certainplot,_piece or parcel Of land,_vvith the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Stateof New York, and more
particularly described on all 'those certain lots of land with the buildings and
improvements thereon-situate near Cutchogue, in the Town of S6uthold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lots 14 and 15 on a'
certain map entitled "Map of Eugene Heights,`Cutchogue, Town of Southold" filed
in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 29th, 1928 and
numbered 856 of maps so filed.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions in prior deeds of record, if any_
l SUBJECT to the zoning ordinances of the Town of Southold, if any.
t BEING all and the same premises as described in a Deed from Northport` .
Trust Company to William V_ N. Meinecke and Helen C_ C. Meinecke, his wife,
dated August 13, 1943 and recorded in the Suffolk'County Clerk's office on
November 30, 1943 in Liber 2326 of Deeds, Page 240.
Excepting and reserving the right of the juantior herein Helen C_ C. Meinecke,
to live in the ouse on t e premises or t e rest o er natural life.
William V. N. Meinecke died a resident of Cutchogue, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York in 1966.

the above described premises'to the center lines thereof;Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the fi rst part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that th a party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any whatever, except as aforesaid.
And the party of the fi rst part,in with Section 13 of the Lien haw,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration forthis conveyance and will hold the rightto receive such consideration as atrustfund
t to be applied first forthe purpose of paying thecost of the improvement and will apply the same firsttothe payment
of the cost of the improvement:before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party:' shall be construed as if it read "parties whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
