The within described real property is not encumbered by a credit line mortgage. *^TOGETHER with and subject to an easement along the existing right -of way to erect or lay overground or underground utility lines , including LILCO, CATV, public water pipes , public sewer pipes , gas lines and phone lines . The owners of lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the minor subdivision map of John Simicich, Jr. and Catherine Simicich are to maintain the above described right-of-way in 'reasonable condition so as to permit vehicular access to all lots and to contribute to an annual main- tenance fund for said upkeep with lot #2 being 30% of that cost.
