WILLIA~i G. ]~OWE May 12, 1986 Board of Town Trustees Town Hall 53095 Main Road Box 728 Southold, New York 11971 Re: 7390 Peconic Bay Boulevard ~tattituck, New York Approximately 330 feet west of Bray Avenue. Gentlemen: Please examine the bulkhead at the above premises (copy of survey enclosed), The September storm washed away approximately one to one and one-half feet of sand from the top of the bulkhea~L. We plan to fill it back with sand (approximately 70 yards') and we request your comments as soon as possible because we want to plant a lawn where the trucks will have to go. Further, as a separate item shown on a second survey enclosed, our beach stairs were destroyed in the same storm and we wish to replace them, the same dimensions, approximately 60 feet east of their present location so that they will be more accessible to our house and will be out of our neighbor's lap. Please advise if this stair replacement is permitted. VerSa.ours, WGB/gt ~,/.,~ i'~.~am G.
