Dear Mr. Bowe:
Pursuant to your letter dated May 12, 1986, please be
advised that the Trustees have personally viewed the premises
in question and adopted a resolution at their meeting held on
May 29, 1986 waivering the need of a wetland permit as follows:
Moved by Trustee Krupski seconded by Trustee Bredemeyer it was
RESOLVED to WAIVER the need of a wetland permit for William G.
Bowe to replace sand and plant grass to stabilize same, and to
relocate stairs to the beach on property located at 7390 Peconic
Bay Boulevard, Mattituck all in accordance with the plans
submitted.

Please make an inspection of the property located at 7390 Peconic
Bay Boulevard, Mattituck. (Approximately 330 Ft. West of Bray Ave.)
Please advise if this is a maintenance project. Is a Wetland Application
needed?

Approximately 330 feet west
of Bray Avenue.
Gentlemen:
Please examine the bulkhead at the above premises (copy of survey
enclosed), The September storm washed away approximately one to
one and one-half feet of sand from the top of the bulkhea~L.
We plan to fill it back with sand (approximately 70 yards') and
we request your comments as soon as possible because we want to
plant a lawn where the trucks will have to go.
Further, as a separate item shown on a second survey enclosed,
our beach stairs were destroyed in the same storm and we wish to
replace them, the same dimensions, approximately 60 feet east of
their present location so that they will be more accessible to
our house and will be out of our neighbor's lap. Please advise
if this stair replacement is permitted.
