MARTIN J. BANCROFT, JR. SCTM# 1000-15-2-16 REV. MARTIN J. BANCROFT, JR. requests a Wetland Permit and a Coastal Erosion Management Permit for the as -built reconstruction/re-alignment of existing storm damaged 40' long by 2'-4' wide row of stone and concrete pieces; and the addition of 30 cubic yards of fill onto eroded area of the bluff. Located: 38099 Main Road, Orient. SCTM# 15-2-16 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that: No naturally occurring boulders or stones are removed from the beach or waters. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. MARTIN J. BANCROFT, JR. for the existing stone on the beach that was put back along the toe of bluff due to Hurricane Sandy measuring 40' long X 2' to 4' wide and using 30 cy. of fill. Located: 38099 Main Rd., Orient. SCTM#15-2-16 Inspected by: Doug Hardy, Peter Meeker The CAC does Not Support the application because the application does not address the issue of re -directed energy which imperils the adjacent properties.
