and is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and made a part hereof by this reference.
BEING the same property which Referee of
the County of Suffolk the State of New York granted and
conveyed unto Grantor herein in fee by

UNDER AND SUBJECT to any existing covenants, easements,
encroachments, conditions, restrictions, and agreements 'affecting
the property.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the improvements, ways,
streets, alleys, passages, water, watercourses, right, liberties,
privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever hereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the
estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand
whatsoever of the said Grantor in law, equity, or otherwise
howsoever, of and to the same and every part thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property above described with
the hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said Grantee,
heirs and assigns forever.

ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, as shown on
the mage entitled, "Map of Iluntinghuzati' , filed May 13, 1914 as Map No. 612
and thereon designated as Lot S.
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Tuckers Lane distant 254 .5
feet northwesterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Main Road with the northwesterly side of Tuckers Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly side of Tuckers Lane North 67 degrees
45 minutes 00 seconds West, 80.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 22 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East, 200 feet to Lot 3;
RUNNING THENCE South 67 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East 80.00 feet to Lot
4;
RUNNING THENCE South 22 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West, 200 feet to the
