Located: 450 Richmond Road East, Southold. SCTM# 135-3-7 It is my recommendation that the proposed actions are INCONSISTENT with LWRP Policy 6.3 (below) and therefore, INCONSISTENT with the LWRP. - 6.3 Protect and restore tidal and freshwater wetlands. A. Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements of the Southold Town Board of Trustees laws and regulations for all Andros Patent and other lands under their jurisdiction 1. Comply with Trustee regulations and recommendations as set forth in Trustee permit conditions. New bulkheads in creeks and bays are prohibited, unless the operation involves construction of a low -sill bulkhead pursuant to § 275-11. Note, however that portions of the property are located in the FEMA VE flood zone and flooding hazards should be taking in to account in decision making (Figure 1). In the event that the action is approved, all bulkhead construction and renovation work requires the establishment of a permanent non -turf buffer as defined in § 275-2. Figure 1.
