One condition requires that a drywell for pool de -watering be installed. A dedicated drywell should be shown on the survey. Michael Kimack on behalf of DOMELUCA, LLC requests an Administrative Permit to construct an 18'x86'6" above ground pool attached to terrace/garden area on westerly side of existing dwelling. Located: 14909 Main Road, East Marion. SCTM# 23-1-2.3 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
