Jeffrey Patanjo on behalf of CHANNING REAL ESTATE, LLC, c/o DOUGLAS CHAN requests a Wetland Permit to remove and replace 78 linear feet of storm damaged timber bulkhead and 35 linear foot return with new vinyl bulkhead and return in-place; add 100 cubic yards of clean sand fill; and install a 10' wide non -turf buffer along the landward edge of the bulkhead. Located: 455 MacDonald Crossing, Laurel. SCTM# 145-4-17 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
