BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
WITH COVENANTS AGAINST GRANTOR'S ACTS
THIS INDENTURE, made this arrt day of Apri 1_ 19-9.5,

party of the first part, and
Federal National Mortgage Association, located at
510 Walnut Street
Philadelphia, PA 19422
as party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York and as more particularly
described in schedule A attached hereto.
Being intended to be the same premises described in a Liber 11670, Page 894, as conveyed to the
grantor(s) herein.
The premises described above is also known as 360 Tuckers Lane, Southold, New York 11971.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and
to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business of the party of the first part and is subject
to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the lien law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed and these presents to be signed by its duly authorized officer the day and year first above
written.

ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, as shown on
the maps entitled, "Map of Huntinghurst", filed May 13, 1914 as Map No. 612
and thereon designated as Lot S.
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Tuckers Lane distant 254.5
feet northwesterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Main Road with the northwesterly side of Tuckers Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly side of Tuckers Lane North 67 degrees
45 minutes 00 seconds West, 80.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 22 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East, 200 feet to Lot 3;
RUNNING THENCE South 67 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East 80.00 feet to Lot
4;
RUNNING THENCE South 22 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West, 200 feet to the
northeasterly side of Tuckers Lane and the point or place of BEGINNING.
