The lack of warm weather has been a factor in our late decision making process. Due the constraints/size of our tasting room in Mattituck we are limited to the number of occupants we can accommodate, which is why we typically do events outdoors and are therefore affect by weather. Recently we have received requests from our wine club members to hold the event at the end of April. We hope you will accept our request to hold the event and grant our permit so that we may continue to move forward in our organizing efforts.
