MILAZZO FAMILY TRUST SCTM# 1000-57-2-19 A Wetlands Permit (4351) was issued in 1994 for the structures. JOHN P. MILAZZO FAMILY TRUST requests a Wetland Permit to replace a 37 foot long timber bulkhead with a vinyl bulkhead in-place and 18 inches higher than existing; construct a new 15' long vinyl return; replace an existing 5'10"x14' timber patio at grade with a vinyl patio in-place; and remove an existing 6'3"x6'10" platform with steps to water. Located: 1195 Island View Lane, Greenport. SCTM# 57-2-19 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
