McNULTY, being duly sworn, deposes and says: I am an attorney at law and maintain my practice in Riverhead, New York. I make this affidavit in support of the application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy for the premises on the easterly side of Sigsbee Road, formerly owned by Lillian F. Archer, and designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000, Section 126, Block 06, Lot 004. I knew Lillian F. Archer all of my life. Lillian F. Archer acquired title to Lot No. 117 in 1924 and Lot No. 116 in 1927. Mrs. 1982.
