Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of a 30 foot Right of Way the following three
(3) courses and distances, as measured along said westerly side of said 30 foot Right of Way, from
the corner formed by the intersection of the said westerly side of said 30 foot Right of Way with the
northerly side of Wickham Avenue:
1) North 30 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West, 246.36 feet;
2) North 35 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 126.12 feet;
