paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

lying and being in the at Bayview in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Northwesterly comer of land now or formerly of J. Polywoda and the Southwesterly comer of
the premises herein described, said point also being distant 980.75 feet southerly from the
corner of the southerly side of Clearview Avenge with the Easterly side of Main Bayview mad,
