Living Trust dated March 5, 2013, having an, address at 1865 Bay Road, 309, Vero Beach,
Florida 32963, party of the first part, and Emily Frances Parsons, having an address at 7741 Adria
Lane NE, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110-2643; Joseph Lester Parsons, IV, having an address at
279 Montauk Avenue, Stonington, CT 06378; James Sahler Parsons, having an address at 5043
East 2nd Street, Tuscon, AZ 85711 and Charles Statter Parsons, having an address at 372 Autumn
Hill Lane, Shelburne, VT 05482, as Tenants in Common, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, together with all right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and more particularly
described on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before
using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by deed dated March 13, 2013 and recorded
in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on April 2, 2013 in Liber D00012725 Page 308.
The word "Party" shall be construed as if it reads "Parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

erected, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly line of a right-of-way extending Northeasterly
from Oriental Avenue, said point being North 65°27' 10" East 80.81 feet from a monument on
said right-of-way line, said monument being located 647.70 feet North of a point which is 259.81
feet East of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "PROS'; running thence
NORTH 23°30' West 100 feet; tanning thence
NORTH 30 14' West It 6 feet to the shore of West Harbor; thence
FOLLOWING the meanders of said shore line in an Easterly direction 60 feet; running thence
SOUTH 23° 30'00" East 195.90 feet to said right-of-way line; and thence
ALONG said right-of-way line South 65° 27'10" West 100 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
