Re: Proposed Lot Line Change of Sacred Heart Church & Valerioti
SCTM1000-96-5-10 to SCTM1000-96-5-12.1.
Zoning District: AC
This proposed Lot Line Change will transfer 0.48 acres from SCTM1000-96-5-10 to SCTM1000-
96-5-12.1. Lot 12.1 will increase from 35.03 acres to 35.51 acres and Lot 10 will decrease from
1.74 acres to 1.26 acres located in the AC Zoning District.
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation
that the proposed action is EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to § 268-3. Definitions. Minor
Actions, HH:
