Location: 1720,1820 and 1930 Leeward Drive, Southold, New York
SCTM 1000-79-7-43.3 Zoning District: R40
This proposed lot line modification transfers 1.1 acres from SCTM1000-79-7-44 to SCTM1000-
79-7-43.3 and SCTM1000-79-7-45. SCTM1000-79-7-44 will decrease in size from 1.1 acres to
0.00 acres; SCTM1000-79-7-44.3 will increase from 1.2 acres to 1.8 acres, and SCTM1000-79-
7-45 will increase from 1.1 acres to 1.6 acres.
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation
that the proposed action is EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to § 268-3. Definitions. Minor
