WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, inconsideration of TWO HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Middle Road (County Road #27 (which
Dist: point of beginning is 536.14 feet, more or less southerly from the intersection of the
1 000 northwesterly side of Middle Road (County Road #27) and the southwesterly side of Kenney's
Road, said point of beginning being also the intersection of the southerly comer of land now or
Sect: formerly of Goldrich, with the northwesterly side of Middle Road, from said point of beginning

degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds west a distance of 100 feet to land now or formerly of

7 RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Charnews the following two courses and
distances;

formerly of Goldrich;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Goldrich south 41 degrees 43 minutes 10
seconds east 745-49 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Known as Lot No. 4 on a certain minor subdivision plat made for Robert T. Bayley as
amended September 8, 1976 by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C. Surveyors, and approved by the
Southold Town Planning Board on September 20th, 1976
THE GRANTORS herein being the same persons as the named Grantees in a certain deed dated
6/20/77 recorded 7/1/77 in Liber 8262 cp 243.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises:TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
